Job Description
Our client is an experienced and well-funded church planter starting a non-denominational church searching to fill the role Pastor of Ministries. This is a very unique opportunity for the right person.
This right person is probably:
- Already engaged in an effective and growing church
- Has at least five years of ministry experience
- Demonstrates self-awareness and emotional intelligence
- Desires to serve as a second chair leader
- Is a fit for start up work
- Is personally organized and has experience developing organizations and systems
- Has a strong network of references
- Believes in a culture of honor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with sufficient internal and physical energy
- Well acquainted with the DFW area
Requirements
- Has a track record of proven leadership
- College graduate
- An obvious commitment to the Christian faith
- Alignment with church doctrine
