Handles incoming Human Resource calls from Internal employees working in the retail locations across the United States. Calls are non-routine, ranging from background check completion, onboarding status, employees benefits, employee relations (Not limited to harassment), payroll issues, and application tracking using the system called Taleo.
May respond to faxes and emails. Requires extensive knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
Possesses high level of technical skills. May require advanced problem solving skills.
