Hospice at Home Program Director (Registered Nurse) - High Pay

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hospice Program Director position in the Hospice Home Care setting. The Program Director oversees the day to day management and operation of the hospice program. The Director ensures hospice services are delivered in an efficient and cost effective manner maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The pay and benefits for this Hospice Director position are very generous. To qualify, the Registered Nurse must either have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in any healthcare setting OR a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least four years of supervisory or administrative experience in any healthcare setting. Hospice management experience is a definite plus. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOSPICE DIRECTOR POSITION: The Registered Nurse must either have a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least two years of supervisory or administrative experience in any healthcare setting OR a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) and at least four years of supervisory or administrative experience in any healthcare setting. Hospice management experience is a definite plus. Must be a Registered Nurse. The registered nurse must have a license to practice as an RN in the state. The Registered Nurse must also either be a US citizen or have a green card- No exceptions. A COVID-19 vaccine is required for this position.
