Customer Service/Order Entry
Full Time – possibility of overtime
Monday through Friday – 7am – 5:00pm +,-
Saturday if needed.
$14.00 - $16.00 to start
Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our customer service/order entry team. The team processes all incoming orders and fields all customer service phone calls and emails.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Process orders in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
- Determine the best and least expensive way to ship the orders.
- Generate all material to ship the product – bill of ladings etc.
- Finalize orders by emailing information to customers and marking all orders as being shipped.
- Answer any phone calls and emails from your customers in a polite and courteous manner
- Heart and passion for improving our level of customer service.
- Must have acute sense of urgency to ship orders out promptly.
- Strong ability to resolve and de-escalate any issue that arise with customers.
- Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Must have an excellent attendance/tardiness record.
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and also be able to walk into the warehouse (not climate controlled) for labeling duties (about 30 minutes).
- Knowledge and use of various selling platform preferred – such as Amazon etc
- Strong typing skills
