Customer Service/Order Entry


Full Time – possibility of overtime

Monday through Friday – 7am – 5:00pm +,-

Saturday if needed.


Salary Range:

$14.00 - $16.00 to start




Pinnacle Staffing is seeking a motivated self-starter to join our customer service/order entry team.   The team processes all incoming orders and fields all customer service phone calls and emails.   


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Process orders in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Determine the best and least expensive way to ship the orders.
  • Generate all material to ship the product – bill of ladings etc.
  • Finalize orders by emailing information to customers and marking all orders as being shipped.
  • Answer any phone calls and emails from your customers in a polite and courteous manner








  • Heart and passion for improving our level of customer service.


  • Must have acute sense of urgency to ship orders out promptly.


  • Strong ability to resolve and de-escalate any issue that arise with customers.


  • Must be able to work under time constraints and deadlines.


  • Must have an excellent attendance/tardiness record.


  • Must have strong attention to detail


  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time and also be able to walk into the warehouse (not climate controlled) for labeling duties (about 30 minutes).


  • Knowledge and use of various selling platform preferred – such as Amazon etc


  • Strong typing skills
