Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a people oriented, self-started with the ability to learn quickly, problem solve and be a team player. The right person will be customer centered, dependable and motivated with excellent communication skills. This role will partner with our valued customers and vendors to place orders, process returns and resolve warranty concerns regarding supplies and equipment.

Job Details

These duties, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Responding promptly to customers inquiries
  • Communications with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints including returns and warranty issues
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customers satisfaction and provide processional customer support
  • Act as a liaison for vendors and customers to ensure returns and exchanges are processed correctly and timely
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working with vendors and product warranties
  • Previous experience with issue resolution and customer escalations

Education

  • High School Diploma

Salary

  • $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm
