Customer Service Representative
Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a stable organization on the North West side of Indianapolis. We are hiring temp to hire role in a call center environment. Come be a part of a fun team within a fast paced work environment!
· Temp to hire period is only 90 days!

· Make outbound phone calls – but No Sales or Telemarketing!
· Represent automotive dealerships, contacting lease holders to schedule an inspection for their leased vehicle
· Have the ability to offer services to come to their work or home if they are unable to schedule an in person appointment
· Document all information in the appropriate computer system
· Speak clear and concise, using proper grammar to provide an excellent experience
· Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
· Well spoken, with proper use of grammar
· Strong computer skills
· Must be reliable – excellent attendance and ability to arrive at work on time
· Call Center experience is highly preferred, alternative customer service experience will be considered
· Must be available to work 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday
Pay is $14/hr during the temporary period and increases to $15/hr upon permanent hire. Work schedule is 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Friday.
