Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative
Pinnacle Partners is looking to bring on multiple customer service representatives for a temporary remote project but you must be located in the Indianapolis area.
Responsibilities will include:
· Making a high volume of outbound calls
· Verify insurance and patient information
· Follow a script and enter data into SharePoint
· Using an auto-dialer
· Work within a metrics making an average of about 50 calls per day
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
· Good typing skills
· Dependable and will be at work every day
· Must be able to work independently
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8-5pm or 11:30-8pm, Friday 8-5pm
