Sr. Digital Testing & Optimization Manager (REMOTE)
The Sr. Digital Testing & Optimization Manager will help create, launch and optimize direct response sales funnels for products and offers in the health publishing and nutritional supplement space.
This person will work with the heads of Marketing and Advertising to drive online customer acquisition through digital campaigns.
What You Will Be Doing...
Help develop and launch new front end customer acquisition offers work with copywriters to help increase conversions & Average Order Values so that offers can be scaled on multiple paid advertising networks.
Experienced in running A/B split, multi-page, funnel and multivariate (MVT) testing to improve customer experience and increase site conversion
Compile and analyze performance data for offers and sales funnels to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects with short- and long-term deadlines.
Collaborate with internal graphic designers and front-end developers when creative/technical needs arise.
Monitor industry trends and competitors' approaches
Mocking up skeleton of new pages for developers / marketing department
Writing briefs for tech team and design team to execute work
Manage split test calendar to ensure tests are always running, low/no downtime
Setting marketing and optimization goals for each product / funnel
Being “second set of eyes” on new copy and pages we create
Optimizing the entire funnel, online, offline, text messages, followup emails, etc.
What We Are Looking For..
5+ years of experience in A/B Testing/Experimentation
4 years experience building and optimizing direct-response sales funnels with a Direct-to-consumer company within the consumer products industry
4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing testing platforms (Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimizely, Unbounce, etc.)
Deep analytical mindset that is obsessed with tracking and improving KPIs
Strong understanding of direct marketing principles (sales funnels, conversion factors, metrics)
Must be located within United States or Canada
Bonus Experience: Copywriting or UX design
Setting up, monitoring and analyzing split tests
Experience with split testing and CRM SaaS
Understanding of basics of statistical relevance as it relates to split tests
Experience managing freelancers and a team to help you execute changes and new page development
Experience systemizing and automating highly repetitive tasks, delegating those tasks
