We are always on the lookout for creative and driven individuals to join our team! Our sales and marketing agency is in need of 2-3 professionals who have a fresh outlook and positive energy!
In this role, you will work alongside our team of sales representatives to bring our clientele optimal results on a daily basis through our marketing initiatives. What do optimal results look like? Our mission is to bring our clients more brand awareness, acquire new customers and new revenue, as well as create consumer/brand loyalty- all of this combined successfully are optimal results! How do we achieve this? We have designed unique marketing methods that are conducted in a client-facing, retail setting in order to build a genuine connection between the consumer and the client brand.

Typical Job Responsibilities Include:
+ Attend and Participate in office meetings by sharing feedback and insights that have consistently proven effective in your efforts to meet client and consumer needs
+ Ask open-ended questions while engaging with the consumer to ensure you have a clear understanding of their needs in order to provide valid solutions and beneficial suggestions
+ Develop strong customer retention by providing a positive, stress-free, and memorable shopping experience - Make a conscious effort to leave a good, lasting impression.
+ Complete the job each day with integrity - guarantee you and those around you understand company policies and report any questionable behavior or situations to our compliance team immediately
+ Work efficiently in a busy retail setting to show the consumer they can trust your ability to give accurate information and assure the client they can be confident in your ability to provide a satisfactory, professional experience while representing the brand
+ Ensure the workspace is always stocked with appropriate account and marketing materials by taking a daily inventory and replenishing as needed

Qualifications:
+ Availability to work full-time
+ Access to reliable transportation
+ Bachelor's or Associate's Degree is desired
+ High school diploma required
+ Retail experience preferred
