Board Certified Behavior Analyst (“BCBA”) Program Supervisor of the Applied Behavior Analysis program. Employee shall provide at least forty (40) hours of work per week. Duties include initial client assessments, completing service authorization request, writing treatment plans, reviewing and approving clinician progress notes in the system, providing/attending training to therapists and parents, and providing ABA clinicians weekly (once a week) in-office supervision and monthly (once a month) in-home supervision. Supervision notes will be documented in the system. Employee will be responsible for any update by Medicaid (MCOs) and any other insurance company and she will notify program director and program manager accordingly. She/he will provide supervision over all programs which will adhere to all procedure and guidelines established by the Company. The Company may revise Employee’s duties or title from time to time in its sole and absolute discretion.
