Job Description


Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Atlanta, GA

The CSR is responsible for answering phones promptly and professionally, processing customer orders, and handling customer needs, while promoting the Company’s product offering and promotions.  Core hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a Saturday rotation for 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. 



o Medical, Dental, Vision – First of the month following two full months of employment

Qualifications Required:

o One-year previous clerical and/or customer service experience

o Bilingual (Spanish/English) (verbal and written)

o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

o Organizational skills

o Previous phone experience

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

o Professional phone voice and demeanor

o Superior customer relations skill

o Excellent attendance record


Qualifications Desired:

o High School or equivalent (GED) - Preferred
