Job Description
Our client, a Global Media Conglomerate, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative.

  • Manage and active queue of consumer requests
  • Interact with consumers to respond to their data requests
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify systems and applications holding consumer information
  • Develop process flows to ensure end-to-end process documentation for responses 
  • Develop training materials to support operationalization of process
  • Make recommendations to business process changes based on experience, analysis, and best practices
  • Managing program metrics and reporting
  • Ad-hoc activities, as required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 1 year sales call center experience
  • Proven ability to upsell into an upscale, premium product experience
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of professional customer service
  • Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, team-oriented and fast-paced environment with the ability to persevere and maintain a positive attitude
  • Exceptional attendance, reliable and punctual with ability to adhere to established break/lunch times
  • Ability to accommodate schedule and activity/priority changes on short notice
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems
