Select Physicians Associates, LLC is a Medicare Program ACO dedicated to serving Medicare members in partnership with select Primary Care Physicians (PCP). Through the integration of our data platform, we are able to leverage Medicare data sets to develop profitable, smart Medicare strategies.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This Team Member will perform physician recruiting duties in collaboration with the network team and Director of Operations to support ACO network growth.

Responsibilities:

The Network Development Representative will directly support the Business Development Team. They will be expected to perform within the following scope, as well as other assigned duties and activities that aid and leverage our Team function. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Heavy focus on outbound calls/emails to a prioritized list of prospects beginning with pre-call planning/prospect research
  • Booking meetings/creating opportunities with qualified independent primary care practices via outbound and inbound prospecting
  • Engaging with prospective practices in a consultative manner in order to evaluate fit and secure commitment to participate in government value-based care contracts with accountability to defined growth targets.
  • Building rapport with clinical and business staff, understanding their needs and goals, teaching them about Physician Partners, ACO, demonstrating our population health and analytics technology, and illustrating the opportunities and challenges associated with the value-based care journey.
  • Extending and negotiating participation agreements (contracts) using Hubspot CRM
  • Capturing your knowledge and documenting notes, activities, attachments, and updates on recruitment progress within Hubspot CRM
  • Reporting and tracking your progress against goals in order to effectively manage your book of business, forecast, and advocate for resources
  • Establishing and managing strategic growth plans in collaboration with Bus Dev team colleagues, leveraging data to prioritize geographies/prospects, and outlining go-to-market initiatives and tactics to achieve growth goals
  • Contributing to the Bus Dev team's body of knowledge and best practices for network development in order to make success more repeatable and predictable for the business
  • Transitioning newly recruited practices to the implementation team

Additional EDUCATION & SKILLS Preferred:

  • A proven track record of success in physician network development or healthcare sales/business development (especially in primary care physician practices)
  • Proven ability to work with Google Suite software or equivalent (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) as well as HubSpot or equivalent CRM system
  • Knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
  • Must be able to work professionally with confidential information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
  • STRONG reasoning and critical thinking are required.
  • MUST be results oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery.
  • Willingness to travel up 50-75%
