Job Title: Business Development Manager - Antenna and Line Projects (Private Sector)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Private Sector) to drive business growth and increase revenue by securing antenna and line projects from leading companies in the telecommunications industry such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless (VZW), and T-Mobile (TMO). The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business development, sales strategy execution, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure antenna and line projects from AT&T, VZW, TMO, and other potential clients in the telecommunications industry
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share in the industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within targeted companies
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients to showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on antenna and line projects
- Proven track record of successfully securing new business, meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and increasing market share
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
