Conduct training for new and existing customers on the operation of client software, updates and new features
Assist in developing client tutorials and support documents
Provide feedback to internal teams on client issues and complaints
Qualified candidates must have outstanding customer service experience, a patient and friendly disposition and be proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
