Job Description:Receive, store and deliver spare parts, keeping records for any reception- packing list and any parts delivered to maintenance and manufacturing departments. Compile stock reports for inventoriesJob Responsibilities: Deliver any spare parts to requestors, receiving the "PART & SUPPLIES REQUEST FORM", entering the information in BAAN or EAM writing down on files for daily inventory. Keep labeled any spare part with the right BAAN number.

Keep organized any shelves and racks Make weekly/monthly/quarterly inventory counts Register in Baan or EAM all incoming parts or supplies received in the storeroom, checking the right specifications and quantities from Warehouse or delivery service and keep the support documents. Discount DAILY the spare parts requested by Manufacturing Department to insure the inventory is correct and matched Baan and EAM. Process outbound deliveries to Manufacturing cost centers when spare parts are removed from the storeroom...

inventory, ensuring that all transactions have the supporting documents (Request Form) signed by the Requestor. Guarantee the spare parts are being received in the proper way, with item code displayed on the part before putting into store room racks and keep the support documents Keep Store Room clean and free of clutter for AIB/IMS reliability Periodically check inventories of specific item codes with the inventory controller, according to cycle count plan. Inform to the manager and the leader what is the codes that we have to include to the SIC (height Rotation).

Work together with Procurement department to have codes entered for new items or existing ones with no code, to ease traceability. Receive information from technicians regarding parts needed and communicate this to Storeroom Lead. Perform other related duties that contribute to the success of the operation as assigned by supervisor.

Inform if you have a problem with the PO. (difference prices, or quantities) with the purchases area. Inform to the customers if they have an article into the store room.

(the store room can't have spare parts if not have a code.). The clerk is responsible of the inventories of the store room.Job Qualifications:High School diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in storeroom or inventory control in a manufacturing environment
