We are seeking a resourceful, team-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects of shipping routes and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities.

• Organizing and managing warehouse inventory, storage, plot routes, transportation and process shipments.
• Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures including selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
• Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
• Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
• Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
• Collaborating with Customer Relations to meet customer needs.
• Working with Shipping & Receiving team to meet company goals.
• Answering customer queries. Responding to any issues or complaints.
• Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
• Ensure operations adhere to laws, guidelines and ISO requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics management required.
• Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
• Good management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to work 100% onsite in our Manufacturing Facility in Milwaukee, WI.
• US Work Authorization is required
