Phoenix Haus builds the world's healthiest living spaces, that foster human connection and balanced and healthy lifestyles. They have designed and created a super energy efficient, prefab building system, for single and multi-family buildings. This system is made in their manufacturing facility, and then shipped and assembled on site throughout the United States!
We are growing fast, and we need HIGH PERFORMING TEAM MEMBERS to keep the momentum up.
The purpose of this role is to take ownership of and manage a small but growing territory of customers, service providers and potential collaborators with this new and exciting technology. In this position, you will be the first point of contact with all of our customers and work closely with management and play a big role in creating and implementing new sales strategies and new relationships.
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will:
Maintain and cultivate current leads and relationships and
Prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided.
You will assist in all aspects of the process by communicating, qualifying, cultivating, setting appointments and managing leads in our contact management system.
You will obtain critical information about leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Sales Manager.

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00

Energetic and passionate when working with people - setting appointments, hitting revenue targets.
Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline
Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
Accurately qualify potential customers via scripts
Understand the product 100% and explain the system with ease
You will become the expert in our sales process, our customer onboarding process, and the industry
Provide technical answers or resources on our products and services and serve as the “go to" on-site expert
Stay informed regarding technical knowledge, market trends, company information, and best-in-class sales techniques
Must have relevant experience in construction OR manufacturing and inside sales
Bachelor’s degree in related field or commensurate sales experience in the construction industry or related manufacturing environment
Self motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed
Excellent judgment, detail oriented, solid decision making skills
Able to think on your feet, and juggle multiple tasks at one time
Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
