JOB DESCRIPTION:

Phoenix has continued to expand and is known as one of the fastest growing and most successful marketing firms in Atlanta, GA. We are looking to fill positions in management development, customer service, retail sales and marketing. Our firm provides exceptional customer service while continuing to grow and develop new markets for our prestigious clients. We pride ourselves on our competitive, but extremely friendly and family oriented work environment. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Our firm is currently looking to train the most capable and skilled individuals to help us acquire new clients, grow into markets and develop new campaigns. We are looking for candidates that will not only excel the the area, but that are ready for success and long-term growth within our company.

Entry-Level Customer Service and Sales Representatives are quickly promoted into Leadership Positions in which they are groomed for Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Assisting in the daily growth and development of our company

· Assisting with efforts of new business acquisitions

· Expertly managing the needs of external customers

· Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills

· Direct retail sales of goods and services to new prospects

· Attending team meetings and sharing the best practice with colleagues

This is NOT a 100% commission job. Our associates are GUARANTEED a paycheck every week. We only offer W-2 employment with a base salary + bonuses and incentives paid out weekly.

Phoenix does not participate in door-to-door sales, business-to-business sales, multi-level marketing, telemarketing or cold calling. Everything we do is inside major retail stores.
