Job Description

Phillips Perez, P.A. is a top-ranked midsized law firm based out of South Florida, with attorneys statewide. We are actively seeking attorneys for our First Party Property Team to work from home - other than to attend litigation-related activities, such as hearings, inspections and trial.

On our team, the minimum required billing is 166 hours a month. We pay bonus quarterly in the amount of $100 per hour for work in excess of the minimum billing requirement. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in First Party Property defense.

We offer full benefits with no waiting period, including health, a gap plan to cover major deductibles and copays, vision, dental, life, and long-term and short-term disability. Competitive pay.  You will have a support staff, including a secretary that you share with one other attorney, a scheduling clerk, a document clerk, a paralegal, and a mentor.

You will be self managed for the most part, so please make sure you have the work ethic to get your job done from home. Also, since we are a fully remote firm, please make sure you have secure, reliable access to internet and a functioning computer, as well as the technical skill and ability to navigate today's remote technology. You will be measured by your ability to capture your time accurately, by the quality of your work product, and by how your treat others.
