Phillips Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Hybrid Engineer Intern. In this internship role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience in the field of hybrid engineering. You will play a key role in supporting our design and development processes, assisting in the creation of innovative manufacturing technology products. This internship will provide valuable exposure to a fast-paced, global company, and an opportunity to make a significant impact in the machinery industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of hybrid engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the overall project success.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and market trends related to hybrid engineering.
  • Support the testing and analysis of hybrid engineering prototypes.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including reports and specifications.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness in the hybrid engineering processes.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
  • Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
