At Phillip Jeffries, our people are our best asset! We are searching for CRM Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, this individual will support and enhance the CRM Dynamics 365 application as required to support continuously evolving business needs for our Sales team. This position will report directly to the Business Solution Architect and r and will work a hybrid schedule of 1-2 days in office
What will you be doing:
- Meeting with the Sales Team to help them analyze business needs and trends
- Identifying ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks
- Writing training manuals and teaching staff on how to use the CRM
- Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
- Troubleshooting user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with CRM products with the majority of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms
- Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and Power Apps technical solutions
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments
- Experience developing and deploying business applications using Microsoft’s Dynamics Power Platform
- Core Skills: SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience with the design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
- Experience working with a team to deliver large, complex technology projects
- Experience with multiple full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience Interviewing users and business owners to gather requirements and write Functional Specifications
- Well organized and analytical

- Ability to multitask
- Ability to change directions quickly and nimbly
