Warehouse Receiving/Shipping

Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Receiving/Shipping person to join our amazing Print Production Team at Phase 3 Marketing & Communications, Fairfield, NJ.

The right candidate must have a basic understanding of, or ability to be trained, on warehouse operations, basic computer skills as well as handling warehouse items. We will train the candidate to work in our systems and build their knowledge of our warehouse shipping and receiving process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify deliveries
• Verify, count and log-in receivables into our computer system
• Organize and disperse received goods
• Communicate clearly and work with different departments
• Pack and ship product to clients
• Forklift and pallet jack operation a plus but can be trained
• Loading and unloading materials (boxes, pallets and trucks)
• Responsible for organizing and keeping warehouse neat

Job Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to do computer entry
• Respect and communicate with other teams
• Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to prioritize work
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and keep materials and tools organized
• Work overtime as needed
• Willingness to work in other departments doing multiple duties as necessary
