Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist Medicare members with pharmacy claims that have rejected at the pharmacy including working with providers and pharmacies with PA process
  • Handle escalated customer service inquires as it relates to mail order shipments, PA process
  • Making calls to members for drug therapy adherence and/or refill reminders
  • Coordinate appointments with provider offices, members and staff pharmacists

Required Work Experience

  • Minimum of two years retail pharmacy experience
  • Managed Care, Insurance, PBM experience preferred but not required

Education and Skills

  • South Carolina state certified technician
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
