Overview: The call center reps will manage incoming inquiries for prescription records and provide information to authorized parties. Responsible for providing concise patient and prescription information in accordance with HIPAA requirements via various sources in a call center environment
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Prior pharmacy experience is a plus
- Ability to navigate through multiple programs in a window environment.
- High level of attention to details.
- Ability to understand and apply HIPAA requirements
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5pm. Temp to hire.
