Call Center Rep (Healthcare setting, need call center background!)

We are looking for call center reps with at least one year of experience to work in a pharmacy setting helping with customer service.

Work in the customer collections department

- Receive inbound calls from patients with questions regarding bills received
- Provide excellent customer service to the patient by providing quick and accurate resolution
- Resolve patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information
- Work closely with all internal departments to address patient billing questions

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year experience in a high volume inbound call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to utilize analytical skills
- Experience in MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to work independently in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

- 6 months performing healthcare reimbursement, medical insurance/billing or related work preferred
- Customer service focus in a healthcare environment

This environment is rewarding and fast paced. Ability to learn new things quickly is a must

Must be able to commute to the Monroeville Mall
