Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction of projects, including equipment coordination and manpower needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement efficient building practices for the project from design to completion.

2. Develop a budget and a timeline completion for the project.

3. Work as a liaison between the construction team, architects, designers and the owners of the project to facilitate communication, decision making and problem solving.

4. Enter appropriate billing information into computer, generate and review billing reports.

5. Ensure production is properly completed by maintaining ongoing contact with production personnel and clients.

6. Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

7. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients representing the owner or developer.

8. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

9. Maintain ongoing contact with sales staff and clients to receive feedback regarding all aspects of work flow such as shipment dates, special needs, product updates, feasible improvements and problems.

10. Apply knowledge of technology and capabilities of the company's physical plant to best meet client needs.

11. Operate standard office equipment efficiently

12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree required

Prior project management experience required for PM role, preferred for Assistant role
