- 5 to 8 years corporate experience, preferably with large financial institutions, banking and/or agency experience filling complex, niche hard to fill roles.
- 5 to 8 years Deep sourcing skills with a variety of channels
- 5 to 8 years Full desk recruitment experience
- 3 to 5 years compensation expertise with ability to close and negotiate with candidates (and clients)
- Workday or other similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Excel
Acting as a talent consultant to clients to ensure they follow an efficient and compliant hiring process
Interfacing with candidates to qualify and recruit
Filling bank requisitions with qualified talent
Sourcing hard to fill positions
