Petroglyph Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking an honest, loyal, and hard-working Full-Time Office Assistant/Manager to join our company. We value this role very highly as you will be responsible for working closely with owner, office personnel and assist our technicians with clerical tasks such as ordering parts/materials, payroll preparation, maintaining records, working with vendors, invoicing, scheduling, A/P, A/R, and overall office productivity in a timely manner. Exceptional data entry and computer skills are required as well as 1 year + QuickBooks knowledge is recommended. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to take the initiative in fast-paced situations, as well as BEING ABLE TO MULTITASK, i.e being able to do 3-4 tasks at the same time. We will have a two-week training/trial period to see if you are what we are looking for or if we are what you are looking for. 1+ YEARS OF QUICKBOOKS KNOWLEDGE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED.
