Job Description
Petite Patate, Greg Baxtrom's fifth venture and sister restaurant to James Beard Award Finalist, Olmsted, is seeking highly motivated, professional front of house staff team members. This position will be serving tables as well as tending bar (when needed) and will be flexible in the role they play.
Candidate Pre-Requisites:
Proficient in Steps of Service
Self-Starter
High Level of Interest in Wine, Spirits & Sake
Experience with Non-Verbal Communication
Creative Problem Solver
Strong Desire To Be Relied Upon
