BDC Automotive Call Center Associate

Peters of Nashua is looking to add a motivated Business Development Center Associate to our successful and growing team.  Previous experience preferred.  But, we are willing to train ambitious and driven candidates.  This position offers a generous annual earning potential of $40,000 to $60,000+

Responsibilities:

• Contact Internet customers via phone, text, and email
• Answering customer replies
• Answering customer inbound phone inquiries
• Scheduling appointments for customers to visit our dealerships
• Follow proven follow-up process
• Utilize our CRM

Qualifications:

• Consistent Attendance and Punctuality
• Self-motivated, Coachable, and Driven
• Comfortable with telephone communication
• Computer proficiency
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Candidates with Past Debt Collection, Outbound Call Center, or Marketing experience generally excel in this position.
