Personnel One is partnering with reputable Logistics organization in Airport area seeking for Temporary Office Clerks to work in their corporate office. Contract position (4-8 weeks)
Office Clerk Responsibilities:
- Assist with filling
- Data Entry of information
- Verify accuracy of information being processed for manager signature.
- Assist with other clerical duties including typing/word processing, filling, copying, scanning, ect.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressures and meet deadlines
- Provide additional support as may be requested by leadership
- This position may require sitting at a desk for an extended period of time.
SCHEDULE 8:00AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday (37.50 hours per week)
SALARY: $12.00-$13.00 PER HOUR (4-8 week Contract)
LOCATION: Miami Airport
- Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Telephone skills, listening, professionalism, customer focus and organization
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
- Professional communications skills and judgment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail oriented, organized and intense concern for accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on client demands
