Start Date: Immediately
Assignment Duration: 3.5 Months
Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm 1 hour lunch (some flexibility), Weekdays
Pay Rate: $12 - $16 BOE
WORK PERFORMED & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Primary Purpose: Electronic file management, document edit review, meeting and schedule coordination
1st Most Important Task: Draft and or review routine correspondence
2nd Most Important Task: Coordinate pdf document review processes with an identified vendor via an electronic workflow. We send documents to a vendor for Digital Accessibility review and they send them back to us.
3rd Most Important Task: Post various documents to organizational website for public access
4th Most Important Task: Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to run an automated Digital Accessibility check and fix simple problems.
5th Most Important Task: Schedule meetings for supervisor or other team members, on request
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Experience Required: Microsoft Office 365 , Adobe Acrobat
Work Attire: Business Casual
