Job Description
PAINTER HELPER
Monday-Friday
3:00 pm -11:00 pm
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour (DOE)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists in painting surfaces of metal manufactured products by applying knowledge of surface preparation and powder coat painting techniques.
- Help hang parts on paint line
- Assists in sanding and preparing parts for powder coating approximately 4 hours daily
- May operate lifting and moving devices to move materials and equipment
- Inspect each product as painted for quality of coating
- Always wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, face masks and other items deemed necessary by management
- All other duties assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to take direction
