Job DescriptionCompany Description
Responsibilities:
- GMAW and GTAW welding and plasma cutting as required
- Set welding equipment to the required parameters per fabrication drawings or general job requirements
- Prepare materials as required by grinding, deburring and surface finishing
- Create cut lists, measure, layout, and cut raw materials that are required for the job
- Setup, weld and form easy to complex sheet metal and or structural components/assemblies
- Working with drawings/blueprints, configuration tables, hardware lists and material finish specifications
- Using Cincinnati brake press, Amada shear, single Turret punches, band saws and various hand tools
- Checking quality of work prior to completion
Requirements:
- Experience working with carbon steels, stainless steel and aluminum alloys
- Experience bending, forming, punching, shearing, cutting with saw/plasma
- Good math skills
- Able to read blueprints
- Experience with CAD/CAM software such as AutoCAD is a plus
Hours are:
Monday through Thursday
6:30am – 5:00pm
The salary is as follows:
Salary is up to $30.00/hour depending experience
