Job DescriptionCompany Description
Responsibilities:
- Addressing specific customer requirements
- Responding to phone calls and emails from customers
- Give rate quotes to customers, tracking shipments
- Generate and update shipment records
- Interacting with various customers/shippers, carriers and agents via phone and computer
- Answering inquires and resolving issues
- Administrative duties
- Ensuring the bills and carrier addresses are correct
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have previous experience in the trucking industry
Salary is up to $30.00 an hour based on experience
