Join our award-winning team as a Software Support Specialist where you'll spend time on the phone and answer emails in support of school programs across the nation.

To help you give world-class support, you’ll get thorough training on the resources you need to be successful. Peers are available to answer questions, and you’ll connect regularly with your team and supervisor to review your goals.

While local candidates who can be in-office at our St Paul Park, MN office will get preference, this role has the option of being remote for the right candidate.

If your goal is to be in hardware/IT support, this is not the role for you due to the software focus.

Software Support Specialist Duties:
  • Customer Point-Of-Contact: owning the relationship with our current customers.
  • Ticket/Email Support: working in Zendesk to respond to customer how-to and technical troubleshooting questions.
  • Phone Support: taking incoming calls from current customers and helping resolve their issues.
  • Working with Internal Teams: working collaboratively to ensure we are effective and efficient within our support and communication processes.
  • Problem-Solve: identify and troubleshoot customer questions and issues.
Software Support Specialist Requirements:
  • 2-year or 4-year college degree.
  • 1-2 years of customer/client support experience (‘Software Support’ preferred).
  • Passion for helping our customers.
  • Great written and phone communication.
  • Ability and initiative to problem-solve and research.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Driven to continually improve yourself and processes.
  • Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through.
  • Preferred: experience working with after-school and enrichment/education programs.

Minimium one year experience in client/customer service, using phones and ticketing software
Minimum Associates Degree
