ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Drives to potential customers’ home to meet with them for a pre-scheduled appointment. Builds rapport and demonstrates expertise in waterproofing, crawl space, and/or foundation repair systems. Determines customer’s problem(s), needs, and desired outcome(s) by asking questions per company training/protocol.
Will consult with customers, discussing findings, providing a job proposal in an attempt to bring sales of solution to a close.
Will enter job proposals into company CRM in a timely manner and maintain up-to-date client information.
Provide follow up and revisit customers as necessary.
Will explain financing options to clients and collect payments and deposits.
Attends weekly sales meeting and additional trainings on site as required.
Maintain a valid driver license so as to travel to our customers’ home for scheduled appointments.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
Skill in rapport building, explaining features and benefits of solutions, and closing the sale.
Knowledge of construction or foundation systems is helpful.
Ability to learn, understand, accept and put into practice the 10 Steps methodology of Sales.
Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Microsoft Office, company CRM and other business software as required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

College degree preferred; minimum of High School diploma.
Possess talent and personal traits:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required.
3 or more years of experience in a similar role.
