Our Customer Success Representatives are an integral part of our team reaching out and aiding in the long term success of our customers. In this role, employees are responsible for interacting with customers to ensure success over the life of their subscription.
Make contact with accounts to help aid in their success over the life of their subscription
Make contact with accounts to ensure they are onboarded successfully
Assist the renewal team when inbound call volume exceeds normal levels
Provide detailed reports on customer needs and customer successes
Cross sell and upsell additional products to current customers
Use Salesforce and other sales acceleration tools to maximize efficiency in contact efforts
Maintain performance in accordance to Company and department standards.
Actively participate in all forms of coaching deemed necessary by Management in a manner that generates successful change.
Actively and effectively supports and models organizational vision, values and goals.
Function as a team player in peer relationships.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Comply with policies, practices, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Benefits & Compensation
In addition to a base pay, Customer Success Representatives are qualified to earn commissions and team bonuses when exceeding reasonable quotas by renewing, up-selling, and cross-selling current subscribers. Full time but flexible daily start/end times; no weekends or nights
Manage a large pipeline of accounts at various stages in their subscriptions to ensure their continued success.
High school diploma is required.
Basic computer knowledge
Prior phone experience
Punctual & Motivated Personality
Previous Sales Experience
Previous experience with quota attainment in a similar setting
