Golf Trainer (TPI Certified)

As our organization continues to scale, we are looking for a Full-Time TPI Certified Trainer to join our Performance at Halo site. Full-time status would provide Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, and 401k with company match.

Our Trainer's monitor fitness and makes recommendations to our clients on how to improve with both fitness exercises as well as Golf exercises. They ensure that clients are using proper form/technique when exercising and often encourage them to perform a workout that would exceed what they would do alone. This candidate would oversee all day to day operations of the Performance at Halo location. We care from the core We sweat the small stuff We are teachers & scholars We take ownership We huddle Key Areas of Ownership Performance Optimal Health TPI Golf Trainers work individually with clients, helping them devise custom exercise plans to help them achieve their physical fitness and golf related goals. Ensure their clients are doing exercises correctly and within guidelines established by TPI. Promotes all facility programs/activities by discussing other services that may assist members with optimal health.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge about exercise, health, and fitness by remaining current with trends in the industry. Provides personal training sessions (one on one and small group classes) Oversee operational duties of the Performance Site Communicate with other management regarding the facility Participates in facility events, activities, and seminars when directed by management. Other duties as assigned Requirements National recognized Certified Personal Trainer certification. ("NSCA / NASM / ACE / ACSM") TPI Certification Ability to travel between several Performance locations. Experience with the ability to safely and effectively fitness train clients.
