The Procurement Coordinator position will perform the following duties:
- Be responsible for receiving, orchestrating, recording and delivering bids on a timely basis
- Contacts vendors
- Maintains procurement files
- Generates and distributes daily reports
- Completes projects as needed.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in small team environment
Possess excellent computer skills in MS Word and ability to learn proprietary programs
2 years experience working in a customer service environment or in purchasing arena
In addition to the required qualifications:
Associate's Degree in Business or related area
