Program Manager, Financial Fee Management - PMP

Performance Excellence Partners is seeking a full-time Program Manager to provide leadership and day-to-day project management for a multi-year contract to support all aspects of an agency’s fee collection and management including financial management, activity-based cost analysis and fee modeling, workforce development support, performance management, risk management, reporting, and process improvement support. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the financial aspects of and experience working with fee-funded organizations, extensive program and project management experience, and a current PMP certification.
As the , you will:
- Serve as single point of contact to the federal Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative and be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the project, deliverables.
- Ensure conformity to contractual obligations, establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
- Be responsible for all contractor work performed under this Task Order and provide supervision to project team.
To do this job well, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of project management experience. Master’s degree is preferred.
- PMP required, or an additional 10 years of experience.
- Proven financial management experience within fee-funded organizations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience with risk management, performance management, business process improvement and operations management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with senior Federal personnel.
- Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives and to apply those interpretations to all activities.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA
- Ability to obtain or has favorable DHS Fitness determination
