- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in relevant experience
- 5-10 years in a similar engineering role
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technological competence
- Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued education and training
Specific areas of responsibility
- Design and implement mechanical and pneumatic solutions
- Uses Solidworks to create designs and generates design documentation
- Provide startup support to Perfecto in the field
- Effectively estimate time and expense requirements for project tasks and manages scope, schedule, and budget
Improvement
- Build and expand Team Member relationships
- Quickly learn new systems and software
Communication, trust, and accountability
- Effectively communicate with internal team including the Engineering Manager to ensure the on-time completion of projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical users via email, phone, and in person
- Be able to quickly and effectively make decisions based
Time management and organization
- Demonstrate outstanding organizational and time management skills
