Role Summary:

Perfecta is looking for a Business Portfolio Analyst who will assist with the corporate formation and administrative functions of a portfolio of small businesses. This position will also assist with operational, financial, and compliance-related activities such business filings, banking relationships, and vendor management and procurement. This position will work alongside our financial, legal, and tax advisors to ensure we are utilizing best practices and maintaining regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and manage various aspects of corporate operations in a fast-growing company.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage existing and create new vendor relationships
  • Ensure required products are procured in a timely manner
  • Work closely with accounting team to monitor company finances
  • Pay all invoices in a timely manner
  • Process corporate formation documentation
  • Process annual business filings
  • Assist in researching local, state, federal, and international business requirements
  • Interface with financial, legal, and tax advisors to achieve operational objectives
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining corporate infrastructure such as office rental agreements, utilities, and communications (internet, phone, mail, etc.)
  • Organize and manage processes and documents to ensure operational efficiency and control
  • Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner


  • BBA, Business Administration, or two years of business administration experience


  • Experience in procurement or purchasing
  • General understanding of Software as a Service business model
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan, delegate and evaluate progress towards managing progress.
