Job Description

Administrative Assistant  - Temporary - $22/hour

Compassionate and professional Administrative Assistant needed to assist with phones, client files, data entry, and a variety of administrative tasks. If you are warm and caring with a genuine interest in helping others, this is the job for you!

  • Start: ASAP
  • Location: ONSITE in Larkspur
  • Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Duration: Approximately 13 weeks
  • Pay: $22/hour


Administrative Assistant Responsibilities

  • Exemplary phone etiquette; answer all calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Scan and upload documents
  • Data Entry into Excel
  • Maintain accurate records, process documentation and correspondence

 

Administrative Assistant  Qualifications:

  • Minimum one-year administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Healthcare experience a plus
