Job Description

At Percy, we're building new ways to help people find permanent employment at some of the best companies in the Beaverton area. We're currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a well-established company in the mortgage industry.

Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced office environment and be comfortable handling inbound customer service calls. **Due to COVID-19 this position will start remotely! You will be provided with all necessary equipment for work aside from a fast internet connection.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take inbound calls from customers asking about a wide range of topics relating to mortgage

  • Understand and explain a variety of different products

  • Perform necessary data entry post-call

  • Improve processes by recommending efficiencies

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in an office setting.

  • At least 1 year of mortgage servicing experience.

  • Available for a full-time schedule.
