Responsibilities and Duties
Take inbound calls from customers asking about a wide range of topics
Understand and explain a variety of different products
Perform necessary data entry post-call
Improve processes by recommending efficiencies
Qualifications and Skills
At least 1 year of customer service experience in an office setting.
Available for a full-time schedule.
Full time (40 hours/week)
