We are the Taj Mahal of flavor, the Shangri-La of spice, and for some brave explorers we are the Temple of Doom of soul-scorching, fiery destruction! We are in the business of handcrafting small batch, all-natural awesomeness for flavor cravers everywhere.

Pepper Palace is growing! In 1989, we started small as mere pepper peddlers at a kiosk is Wisconsin. Even though we have grown (a lot!), we are still committed to our small batch and family centric roots, never forgetting that our greatest asset is our people.

We are home cooks, chiliheads, sauce enthusiasts, artists, creators, musicians, and all other imaginable types of people! We are single people, family people (we’re all family here!), and happy people. Who we are looking for:

We love people who like food and love people. You have a positive attitude, adventurous spirit, and are awesome at multi-tasking. You also have a high level of integrity, are a natural problem solver, and have a strong desire to learn about all our AWESOME products! Big bonus points for flexibility/adaptability. You must be 18 year or older, be able to work a retail schedule that includes nights and weekends, and lift up to 50 pounds.

How you will make an impact:

Your primary responsibility is to create fun, exciting, and cool experiences for our guests while educating them on our award-winning products. Bottom line – if we don’t put a smile on every guest’s face, we haven’t done our job. Our mission is to bring flavor and spice to food and to life one dash, one shake, and one taste at a time!
