What does a Customer Service Representative do?
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll provide service excellence to help customers achieve their financial dreams. Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash-handling.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
